REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are confident that our products will be as described, fit for purpose, and of excellent quality.

All LSP Actions®™ products are digital downloads. Once you have downloaded a product, you have gained access, so it cannot be returned. 

However, if, within 14 days of purchase, you have any issues with your product, please reply to your order confirmation email and describe your issue.

We may ask you to provide further information and cooperation while we troubleshoot. If the product still doesn’t work as it should after we have had the opportunity to help, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement download.

If you haven’t yet downloaded the product (we can see this on our end), or if you have accidentally bought the same product twice, we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us at hello@lsp-actions.com

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for things outside of our control, so cannot offer refunds under circumstances such as:

• Failing to note that the product is best used with English versions of the software
• Not knowing how to use the product or base software (we provide tutorials to help you)
  
• Accidentally buying and downloading the wrong product
  
• Updating your software, and the product stops working as expected
  
• Using the wrong software
  
• Not reading the product description properly
  
• Simply changing your mind after downloading the product

LSP Actions®™ is not responsible for future updates to third-party software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Evoto, that may affect how the product functions. While each product is guaranteed to work with its compatible program (Creative Cloud in the case of Adobe) at the time of purchase, we cannot offer refunds if a future update causes compatibility issues. We’ll do our best to update the product to stay compatible with any changes, but we cannot guarantee when or if those updates will be available.
