PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.lsp-actions.com (the “Site”).
Overview
We, Lemon Sky Photography Ltd T/A LSP Actions ®™, use Shopify to manage orders and store personal information. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address to form your account. We also track data collected from your time spent browsing the website.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your prior permission only, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You will only receive emails of this nature if you have previously signed up and consented to the LSP Actions newsletter/mailing list. You can opt out of receiving messages from LSP Actions ®™ at any time by clicking the link in the email. Alternatively, if after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at hello@lsp-actions.com.
If you have not consented to receive email marketing but have purchased a product from LSP Actions ®™, you will only be contacted regarding your product (including but not limited to: Updated product downloads, bug fixes, changes to the product and anything else related to your purchase).
You consent to the LSP Actions ®™ Terms of Service upon placing an order and completing the Checkout process. You may email us directly at hello@lsp-actions.com to request we remove your full information from our system at any time.
PRIVACY POLICY IN FULL
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”. We can only collect Device Information automatically if this is enabled on your browser.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
- “Google Analytics”, which collects data and records information in the same way as above.
Additionally when you make a purchase through the website, we collect and store certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information” and this can be removed from your account if required. Our secure payment gateways will store payment information (including credit card numbers and PayPal information) which we do not have access to directly. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you regarding your order;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Send you updated versions of your purchase if applicable.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us (for example: applications used on the website, programs such as MailChimp and payment gateways) will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
